Karin's achievements since hiring Simone has her Personal Trainer in March 2009: 

Karin : ' In addition to the vigorous exercise program, supported by my wonderful trainer Simone, I adopted a starch-based vegetarian diet and cut out all animal products, oils and most refined plant foods. Neither exercise nor diet alone would have got me my results!'

What Chris says: 'My friends constantly tell me that at 57 years of age I am way too old to be doing 100 Sit ups and Bench Press 60kgs with a goal of 100kgs by Christmas time. But I enjoy it and the results I am getting are amazing, for the first time in my life I am muscly and fit!'

- Chris used to take more than 10 different pills each day, today he is medication free!

Core strength at starting point : 10 Sit ups

Galina's achievements since training with Resolutions Fitness:

  BEST ABDOMINALS Category in November 2009.  

 


Vikki

 

  

Vikki started training with Resolutions Fitness in November 2008, when she decided to change her life before she turned 50 the following year, and to run the New York Marathon in November 2009.

 
 Vikki weighed in at 104kgs and managed to run for 8mins when she started training and soon went on to finish the Onehunga Half Marathon (21.1kms) in 2hrs 50mins in May 2009, which she ran again in September 2009 in a time of 2hrs 30mins. 
  

By November 2009 Vikki had lost over 15kgs and successfully finished the New York Marathon in just under 6hours.

 
 Vikki was back in her running shoes only days later and went on to run the Mission Bay Half Marathon only 4 weeks later. 
 
 Vikki has turned her life around, she has learnt to love running and is setting herself new and more challenging goals. She has learnt that it is never too late to change a lifestyle and that the benefits are worth the hard work and pain.
